This program trains the individuals in the operation of hot and cold kitchens and is required to perform various activities for kitchen operation. Activities involve practicing kitchen hygiene and safety procedures, food preparation and production. They also ensure compliance with food safety, the highest quality of food, and hygiene standards at all times.
